Part-Time Bridal Stylist Assistant

Blush Bridal Salon is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a Stylist Assistant. This part-time role is perfect for a college student who loves people, fashion, and celebration—and wants to gain hands-on experience in the bridal industry. As a Stylist Assistant, you’ll support our team of bridal stylists during appointments and help with daily tasks around the salon. You’ll play a key role in delivering the personalized, joyful experience we’re known for—while learning the behind-the-scenes magic that helps a bride say “yes” to the dress. We offer a fun, fast-paced work environment with a supportive team that celebrates growth, collaboration, and memorable moments with every bride.

  • Who We're Looking For

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 15 lbs, and moving with ease throughout the shop.

    • Saturday availability is a must—that’s when we celebrate the most brides!

    • Polished, professional appearance (we’re helping people on one of their most special days!)

    • Positive, reliable, and ready to work hard as part of a supportive team

    • Quick learner who can multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Responsibilities

    • Warmly greet all customers and their guests—including brides, family members, friends, and accessory shoppers—with a welcoming, professional attitude

    • Help maintain a clean, beautiful, and organized salon environment

    • Complete opening and closing duties such as vacuuming, taking out trash, cleaning restrooms, straightening racks, resetting inventory, and tidying displays

    • Serve as a “runner” during appointments—supporting stylists by grabbing dresses, accessories, and assisting with fittings

    • Conduct monthly supply checks and restock essentials as needed

    • Keep the stockroom neat, labeled, and well-organized

    • Occasionally model accessories or dresses for social media content and in-store visuals
